I work at the intersection of business and technology. With a Bachelor's in IT and a Master's in Management, I have spent 6 years translating complex technical requirements into business outcomes across banking, finance, supply chain and public sector.

DemoP- A sample product

Interactive and functional sample product built to show how I think

DemoP is a fictional SaaS platform, a team productivity and OKR management tool, built using AI to show how I approach real responsibilities across Product Management, Project Management and Business Analysis, from strategy all the way to a working prototype.

What the product does?

  • Set, track and update objectives and key results with progress indicators

  • Manage tasks on a Kanban board, drag and drop across To Do, In Progress and Done

  • Assign tasks to team members with due dates and priority levels

  • Add, edit and remove team members with roles and departments

  • Use AI-suggested goals when creating a new OKR; no blank canvas needed

  • View a live dashboard showing active OKRs, open tasks, team size and average completion rate

Product Operational Performance 

Problem: Without visibility into how long issues take to resolve by priority, and whether developer capacity is being used effectively, teams end up over-committing in sprint planning and under-delivering at release.

​

Solution: The dashboard structures 4 years of raw issue tracking data into a clear view of resolution trends, developer capacity utilization, and priority-level patterns, filterable by time, issue type, and priority.

​

Impact: Gives project, product, and program managers the evidence they need to prioritize backlogs confidently, set realistic timelines, and have credible delivery conversations with stakeholders.

Resource Management Dashboard

Problem: Uneven workload distribution and limited cycle time visibility across team members renders sprint planning reactive, with resourcing risks often identified too late to mitigate effectively.

Solution: A dashboard that enables teams to proactively identify overloaded assignees, priority-driven effort imbalances, and cycle time deviations, shifting resourcing decisions from reactive to deliberate.

Impact: Equips project and program managers with the evidence needed to make proactive resourcing decisions, optimize capacity allocation, and engage stakeholders with confidence during delivery planning.

My Approach to Complex Delivery

This deck walks through my approach to problem-solving. It covers how I have dealt with delivery challenges, from vague requirements to misaligned stakeholders, using a consistent way of thinking backed by proven frameworks.

  • Diagnose the problem before jumping into planning

  • Stakeholders are brought into a shared understanding of scope and goals early

  • Work is broken down into clear, owned and trackable delivery units

  • Tools like RAID logs, RACI matrices, MoSCoW prioritisation and BRDs are applied where they actually make sense 

  • In each case the outcome shifted delivery from reactive to deliberate

  • Each engagement ended with a clear view of what worked and what to do differently
